Founder of CARE, Mr S. K. Sheshadri has done Post Graduation in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management & Post Graduation in Business Management. He is an avid mountaineer and qualified from the prestigious Nehru Institute Mountaineering, Uttarakashi & Snow Skiing course from Manali Mountaineering Institute. Being the first person from the South India to lead a successful expedition to the second highest mountain, Mt Kamet, in Indian Himalaya for which Government of Karnataka recognized the achievement by Sports award. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Outbound Teambuilding training and Adventure Sports 


CARE (Centre for Adventure & Rejuvenation of Environment) is an Outbound Training & Adventure promoting organization established in Bangalore by a group of experts in the field of Outbound, Adventure and environment. One of the aims of CARE is to cater to the needs of those who wish to go for safe adventure and self realization through environmental friendly activities in the outdoors. CARE is involved in Outbound Team Building Training by way of providing expertise, quality equipment and logistics of the highest standard to many corporates such as Microsoft, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, Tata Infotech, Honeywell, Huawei, MICO, HAL, Philips, Airtel Subex, Siemens etc., With vast experience in team building, CARE has already identified and undertaking activities in the wilderness areas in technical collaboration with the Forest Department, Jungle Lodges, Survey Department, etc. We have developed our own Camp site at Savanadurga Forest, which is around 65 Kms from Bangalore.

He has lead many climbing and High Altitude Expeditions in Indian & Nepal Himalaya. He has undergone extensive training in Terrestrial, Aero & Aqua Sports at Gen. Thimmiya National Academy of Adventure. 

Other members of the board of CARE are well known environmentalist and adventure promoters. Amongst them are the well known personality Mr S Parameswarappa, IFS, Retd. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Government of Karnataka, Dr T Venkatesh the founder of SPARK and Gen. Thimayya National Academy of Adventure.
