• Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of full prior payment. In case of bookings made well ahead, 50% advance payment may be made at the time of booking, and the balance 50% should be paid one month prior to the date of arrival.

• Bookings made without payment as mentioned above, will be held purely as tentative bookings and we may sell the same to any other client, without notice. The onus is on the client to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings

Payment mode

• Payment can be made in cash or by way of Demand Draft (DD) favouring "CARE" payable at Bangalore and sent by courier/registered post, to our Office.

• We also accept credit card payment, when presented personally at our Head Office

Cancellation rules

• All requests for cancellations of confirmed bookings have to be received at our  Office, Bangalore .

• Cancellation charges:

  1. 10% of tariff for cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)

  2. 50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and prior to two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)

  3. No refund for cancellation less than 4 working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
