Any person, legally a resident of India and with clear antecedents / background and a non-Indian on production of proof of stay for more than a year for studies/training etc, as sanctioned by the Govt. of India, can enroll as a member of the CARE, by submitting the following form. CARE members will receive circulars through internet and they are eligible to take part in all the events conducted by us ( subject to the age & physical conditions required for each event). We do not collect any membership fee. The validity of membership is for a period of one year from the date of submission of the membership form.
